We offer standard and express shipping across the UK. Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 working days, while express orders placed before 1pm are processed for next-day delivery. Please note that certain restricted items, such as ammunition or air rifles, may require specialized courier services or in-store collection.
Can I purchase firearms or ammunition online?
In accordance with UK law, firearms, shotguns, and ammunition cannot be delivered directly to your home. You may purchase them online for 'Click & Collect' in-store, or we can arrange a transfer to your local Registered Firearms Dealer (RFD) for a small handling fee.
What is your return policy for country clothing and footwear?
We offer a 28-day return policy for all clothing and footwear, provided the items are unworn, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached. Please include your proof of purchase to ensure a smooth refund or exchange process.
Do you offer a gunsmithing or repair service?
Yes, we provide professional gunsmithing services, including servicing, repairs, and alterations. You can bring your equipment to our store, where our experts will assess the requirements and provide a detailed quote.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. For in-store purchases, we also accept cash and offer various financing options for high-value equipment.
How can I track my order?
